Isabella Tudisco-Sadacca

I received my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and completed my pre-degree training at Valley Community Counseling Clinic. I work with teens, adults, couples, families, and groups helping them navigate issues such as grief, self-esteem, body-image, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and gender and sexual identity exploration.

My approach is greatly informed by my training in psychodynamic, humanistic, family-systems, queer, and postmodern theories. I believe you are an active participant in your own healing, and that I am merely a guide in deconstructing limiting narratives, shining light on your strengths and exquisite complexities, as well as diving into the depths of your inner world to better understand who you are today, and who you dream to keep becoming.

Prior to beginning this work I received an M.A. in Human Rights from Sciences Po Paris which informed my understanding of how larger systems of oppression impact individual well-being, and how individual wellness can in turn impact community wellness. I also have a background in dance and bodywork which guides me in thinking about somatic interventions and the emotional body. As a creative, I am always exploring new artistic outlets, and incorporate creative expression in my therapy sessions.

Jade Gordon

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and an M.A. in Applied Theater from the University of Southern California. My clinical training includes a traineeship at The Maple Counseling Center and advanced studies in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy through the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies (LAISPS).

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as an interdisciplinary artist, educator, and Theatre of the Oppressed workshop facilitator, training at the Centro de Teatro do Oprimido in Rio de Janeiro. For the past 15 years, I have collaborated with diverse communities on social justice, healing, and creative expression. These experiences deeply inform my warm, creative, and relational approach to therapy. My background makes me particularly well-suited to working with artists, performers, and other creatives.

I specialize in supporting clients through grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions such as parenthood, midlife changes, or career shifts. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals explore identity, navigate chronic illness, and build resilience after loss. Working from a depth psychological perspective, I invite clients to explore their dreams and fantasies to uncover insights from the unconscious. While this work can be challenging for some individuals, it can also be deeply rewarding and often enjoyable.

Life is complex, ambiguous, and full of unexpected turns. I see therapy as a collaborative and improvisational process where we uncover old patterns, explore your unique story, and discover new possibilities for growth. Becoming your true self isn’t about striving for perfection or universal acceptance; it’s about embracing who you truly are. When life feels empty or devoid of meaning, it can lead to profound suffering. Therapy offers a safe space to reconnect with your inner world, embrace uncertainty, and move toward greater wholeness. If you’re ready to explore your story, heal old wounds, and create a more meaningful life, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
